Discovered Live Journal doing a search for Harry Potter fanfic, while laid up from an auto accident. Fanfic saved my sanity. My data entry job is on hold due to a wrist injury from said accident. Can't get much data entry done with 2 finger typing...well you can, but it would take a while. One operation and many casts later, I'm in physical therapy, and working to get my keyboarding back up to snuff. Hence, this pointless post....and a recipe for a cake my aunt used to make.
Strawberry Cake
1 white cake mix
Small box of strawberry jello
½ c oil
1 c strawberries
½ c water
4 eggs
Mix together & bake 350 degrees for 35-40 min or until golden brown. Cool & frost
Frosting
1 Lb. Powdered sugar
1/c strawberries
1 still butter softened
